Explosive atmospheres can be caused by gases, vapours, mists, dust, lint or fibres of flammable substance. If enough substance and air are mixed, the imminence an explosion depends on probability efficiency ignition source. Hazardous areas classified in sectors must protected from sources. Equipment protective systems intended for use potentially explosive should selected to meet appropriate requirements equipment systems. The current paper aims identify opportunities standardization pressurized equipment. first part presents risk associated with presence substances protection against explosions. concept using pressurization described second paper. third refers considerations regarding size shape A synthesis equipment’s offer - dimensions, functional role, is presented last Among conclusions existence a gauge profile that purpose, volume, operating position assembly equipment, was mentioned.
